Previous community engagement in developing the plan has occurred including reviewing facts and figures, devising a vision, considering options and site specific proposals along with draft policies that apply to different parts of the area. The last consultation occurred in May 2017. The draft plan is produced below for reference purposes.
There were no comments made on the draft following the last consultation round. The draft plan was amended slightly reflecting on the Grenfell disaster and update because the wall/garages on Anlaby Road have now been demolished. The plan is now ready to be submitted for an independent inspector to test if it meets basic conditions, described in the regulations governing what and how the plan should be devised.
The Submission draft plan is available to view along with the draft Policies Map.
